Yes, Temika charges a fixed fee of $330 including GST for the appointment. At the initial appointment we can also give you an estimate of costs moving forward.
No, it is not necessary for you to bring anything with you. However, to make the most of your time at your initial consultation you can complete and return the Client Instruction Checklist. For property matters, it is helpful for you have a list of your assets (including superannuation) and liabilities and the estimated values. You may wish to use our Assets and Liability Schedule.
You should allow one to two hours for the appointment. This will give us enough time to take detailed instructions, understand the situation and provide advice and a strategy for moving forward.
