Judy is an Accredited Family Law Specialist. After an earlier career in social work, Judy has practised exclusively in Family Law since 2003.
Judy has been recommended as a Leading Family and Divorce Lawyer on the Doyle’s list for 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. Judy is also a nationally accredited mediator and registered family dispute resolution practitioner. Judy is a recommended Leading Family Law Mediator on the Doyle’s list for 2019.

Senior Associate, Accredited Family Law Specialist
With a double degree in law and journalism, Temika chose to specialise in family law because of the personal connection she makes with clients.
Working closely with clients on probably one of their most personal and important issues, Temika says she loves the opportunity to help clients with “something that is so close to their hearts”. She loves talking to clients, hearing their story and their experience, and then working through to resolve their issues.
Taking a conciliatory approach and actively discouraging hostility with clients, Temika is known for her organised and responsiveness to resolving client issues.
Temika’s most rewarding client experience has been helping grandparents get the orders they sought in relation to their grandchildren living with them after their daughter had passed away – they were so very grateful and appreciative of everything she had done.

Taylor joined Stewart Family Law in March 2019 and works full-time as a solicitor.
Taylor holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in December 2019.
Through her previous experience working in criminal, family and employment law, Taylor has developed exceptional communication and organisational skills and is eager to assist you with any family law enquiries you may have.

Joanne is an experienced office manager.
Her organisational skills and efficiency ensure processes and procedures are prompt and professional.
Joanne has previous administration experience with Brisbane Mediations where she worked with Judy Stewart.

Sierra joined Stewart Family Law in January 2018. She has previous experience in criminal, family, and commercial law, which has equipped her with the necessary experience to be able to assist with your family law matter.
Sierra provides administrative support to ensure Stewart Family Law runs smoothly. She is also the personal assistant to Ms. Judy Stewart and Ms. Temika Slee.
