Siobhan has a Bachelor of Laws (Second Class Honours – Division A) and a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice from Griffith University. Siobhan was admitted into the legal profession as a solicitor in 2025.

A client sought assistance after filing a divorce application that the court identified as being in an incorrect format. We explained the court’s formatting requirements, guided the client through the necessary corrections and provided advice in relation to resubmitting the application.
Our client reached an agreement with the other party about their family law matter and needed that agreement formalised through the Court. We prepared the Application for Consent Orders and Minutes of Consent, ensuring the documents accurately reflected the agreed terms before filing them with the Court. The application was determined in Chambers, meaning neither party was required to attend court. The Court accepted the proposed Orders as drafted and issued sealed Consent Orders through the Court portal, providing our client with a great outcome in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Our client was facing a potential five-year Protection Order that included their children as named protected persons. We provided legal advice and engaged Counsel to represent the client in Court. We successfully negotiated with Police Prosecutions to reduce the duration of the Order to one year only from the date of the Police Protection Notice, as opposed to the usual five years from the date of the Final Hearing/Order. We additionally successfully reached an agreement with Police Prosecutions to remove the children from the final Protection Order. The Court accepted our agreement and made the Order in the terms sought.
